What is DreamVent?
An innovative solution for Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea The DreamVent is a Mandibular Adjustment/ Advancement Device (MAD) specially designed to treat primary snoring and mild to moderate OSA, in patients who are above 18 years. The device uses an upper and lower tray to fit into your mouth while sleeping. The device moves the lower jaw into a forward position to physically separate the airway obstruction. Unlike CPAP or BiPAP machines that use air to force it’s way through the obstruction, the DreamVent uses jaw position to pull the muscles and tissues away from each other to open the obstructed airway for normal breathing.
How it Works?
ExValve – breathing in
Upon breathing in, the Exvalve fully opens which allows for the free flow of air into the airway.
ExValve – breathing out
When breathing out, the valve closes, directing your breath through the air holes in the valve. This creates EPAP.

The ExValve offers three different levels of airway support: low, medium and high. This refers to the amount of airway pressure the ExValve generates. Talk to your Healthcare Professional about which strength to use when starting treatment with ExValve.

Who can Benefit ?
- Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
- Undiagnosed patients whose primary complaint is snoring.
- Patients who are CPAP intolerant (even if severe) and are reluctant for other treatment modalities.
Not Recommended For !
- Patients under 18.
- Patients requiring imminent restorative, orthodontic, prosthodontic or any such dental treatment which will result in the fabricated device/appliance not adapting/ fitting.
- Patients with full dentures.
- Patients who suffer from Central Sleep Apnea (CSA).
- Patients with less than 6 teeth in each arch, upper and lower or with all molars missing.
- Patients with periodontally compromised dentition (mobile teeth, as there is risk of teeth being removed).
- Patients who cannot psychologically tolerate oral appliances.
